Safeguard Group is one of a small group of service and maintenance contractors for the commercial division of Smeg UK in the north of England, and since last year has been trialling new products and lines at its Oldham showrooms.
The firm reports that the trials have been so successful it has now designed and built a new area exclusively housing the latest in trade dishwashers and wine coolers.
Ben Ingham, Safeguard’s head of sales explained: “Smeg is undeniably one of the world’s leading brands and in commercial dishwashers they take some beating. We find that our customers like a brand they know and can trust for efficiency and reliability.
“As a result we decided to expand from one or two lines to have a range of products for people to come and buy. The new wine coolers are proving extremely popular with their sleek design and value for money.
“We also offer a demonstration and maintenance and service package as backup. We’ve been service and maintenance contractors for Smeg UK’s commercial division in the north since it started and we’re very proud of our relationship with them.”
The Safeguard Group showrooms are open 5 days a week at its headquarters and the SmegUK area can be viewed with a demonstration by appointment.
