Airedale group dealer, South Coast Catering UK (SCCUK) is to host the latest in its series of Rational combi oven demonstrations today.

In its Weymouth headquarters, the distributor’s demonstration chef will cook breakfast for attendees in the company’s on site kitchen.

The session will take place between 11.30am and 12.30pm.

SCCUK says during the Cooking Live demonstration, its chef will be able to create a whole cooked breakfast within 10 minutes.

SCCUK was taken over by Airedale in October 2014 but has been trading in the commercial kitchen sector since 1991.

Although its core business is reactive and planned maintenance services, it has diversified into laundry, light equipment and scheme work.
